Good morning BT!  I'm back at it but moving slowly!

5:00am:  30 minute walk

5:30am:  Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit.  I'm amazed how much power and strength I've lost with the Ironman training!

Later:  going to bike down to the pool with my younger daughter and do some laps

Have a great day!

Insanity that soon after an IM....THAT'S insanity! My guess is you are still recovering from the IM. Taper madness here--maybe 30 or 40 minutes each of trainer and easy running. Found some really nice new running shoes yesterday (probably not using them for the race, though) that I want to break in.

Funny scene at dinner last night--I was talking with Mom about logistics for the race (HIM) on Sunday and she wanted to know if it was a half or full IM. Somehow it never registered and she had visions of being out there till midnight.

5 miles of running today. I haven't gone on a run in awhile so it'll feel good to get back on my feet.

Just rode 27.5 miles. Beautiful morning. I rode probably half an hour without seeing a single car!

Might swim later.
