lap swim in the KC area

Depends on where in KC you're at and/or how far you're willing to travel based on where you're at. The Liberty Community Center has a 25-yard indoor pool that usually has two lanes tagged for lane swimming. A daily pass is in the $7-8 range. Unfortantely, Liberty is on the NE corner of the city - not convienient if you're downtown or in the Overland Park area.

I'm sure there are other options, but as I live up north I tend to know about amenities in that area and not much about other areas. Hopefully someone else can help if you're not up north.
