This may sound silly, but today I went on a 6 mile run and then, several hours later, I timed myself on my typical 15 mile bike ride. I found that, although I felt like I really hammered the ride, and felt that I should have surpassed my usual time by at least a minute, I actually was one minute slower on the bike than usual.

I know that a difference of literally a minute or two is no big deal, but can I attribute it to the additional workout I did earlier? I never time myself for the second leg of multiple workouts in a single day but just decided to this time for shts and giggles.

Yes, a morning session can impact an afternoon session. For me it depends on the effort of that early session and where I'm at in a training block (heavy legs). But I feel that after I started to regularly do them, I got used to it and it wasn't such a big deal. I did a long-ish run on Sunday and did some hard intervals a few hours later on the bike and wasn't any worse for wear.

The bolded is your answer. Unless you have power numbers there's no way to know if you rode harder, easier or the same as usual, regardless of time. There are far too many variables to attempt to figure out what +/- a minute might mean.

Be happy that you did a hard ride that should serve you well come race day.

Could have been as simple as the wind. I'm kind of new to cycling, but even a little headwind seems to kill my speed.
