Subject: D - 8 to my 3rd race ever
And just like previously, I have not been following my plan for about a month.

1st time, it was because of illness and injury, 2nd time it was injury and holidays and this time it is puppy ownership. (Notice how the reasons are becoming increasingly not good reasons, really)

But I don't care, I am not doing this to win, and it's just a sprint again (it will never be more than sprint at this rate but I am fine with that)

    She'll be a great running buddy in a few months, but she doesn't like swimming
