Subject: WTB: IM-Wisconsin RCV

I am working to get myself back to the countryside of Madison, and the winters suck. Looking to see if anyone has a Computrainer Real Course Video for IM- Wisconsin to sell. I can't find them anywhere (and I know Racermate is no longer allowed to sell them).

Im being %110 sincere when I say so I hope this comes across with no harshness. You may want to check Slowtwitch since that will increase your odds of finding a veteran triathlete who has done IMs. Being that this is Beginner Triathlete your audience of IM athletes may be small.

Should I remove the PD Jammers bars and ride it as is, set-up for riding in the drops and hoods? Should I run my Easton Orion II wheels or my Hed Jet60 C2's for IMWI?

So tell me why I want to bother swimming the other strokes? I'm IM training, and plan to swim freestyle for the entire race, is there an advantage to working on the other strokes?

It makes no sense to train hard for a year to hone that aerobic system only to have all that training undermined by a few anaerobic bursts on race day. So, how do you go about it?
