Subject: Pain and fatigue
Hi I don't know if this the right thread, I have just finished my 3 rd week of base training...I was generally fit when starting I am following a proper plan drawn up by a coach, this is my recovery week I have less and shorter sessions. I went down the gym today just to do some foam rolling and stretching and I am just broken I didn't realise how shattered I am, all my muscles hurt especially my legs. How am I going to recover from this by Monday...any tips advice very welcome I feel like giving up

Don't give up!
Have some rest. Take a bath with epsom salt. Do your muscle hurt from running or overall? Is this your first 3 weeks of trainig ever, or were you doing anything before?
If you are the very beginning beginner, it may be natural - your body is adjusting to something totally new. Give it a time. I hope you feel better. Keep us posted!
