Comments:

This was my first 5K in a while where I could really see what I got for speed. The one a few weeks ago I carried a pumpkin, so that really wasn't a good one to see where I was at. I'll do a couple of more before the end of the year.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. I tried to keep the same level the entire run, but it was hard at the end with the hill.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing really. Coming off a year of ultras, so I was hoping my speed training was kicking it. I think it was

Good course, good help and lots of food and prizes afterwards.
