On Sunday Dec 13th there is a charity indoor ride at the Addison-Penzak JCC. It's a three hour ride where you can sign up by the hour, so riding one, two or all three hours. 100% of the proceeds are going to the American Diabetes Association. I'm signed up for all three hours. It's a nice way to get in a three hour workout on a Sunday morning.
