Subject: 1st 50K I'm about to pull the trigger on my first 50K (The Huff ) and for those who have ventured this far, what do you wish someone would've told you before you ran that far.
I'm looking only to finish, hopefully around the 6 hour mark. I've done 2 IM's and a handful of marathons and have a pretty good idea of what I need nutrition wise through out the day. Just looking for any tips or tricks that may help through out the day. Thanks! |
