This challenge is as simple as a single plank is:

(at least) one plank a day. No minimum time required.

Please share your tips on making this exercise easier, smoother, joyful.

I am in. I have been planking on and off (mostly off) but way more regularly that I had been.

Minute regular and two 15 sec side planks. Dang, why are side planks so hard?

Variations in today's workout:

High plank with 8 and 16 pulses on each leg

High plank with 16 oblique crunches each leg

My body is  right now...and tomorrow...and probably Saturday.

But for me, anyone who would do something more than 60-seconds planks is crazy

Btw. How is everyone doing their planks?

I do my regular one on elbows. Side planks I usually do straight armed.

Same for me, occasionally I do a "high" plank straight armed just for a change up.
