Well that was awkward. I mean really awkward. But I did it. Only 30 sec per side. |

I couldn't decide which website to post for instructions. It's definitely a little awkward, but I think a good one to rotate in every once in a while. Trying to get back over the 3 minute mark. I keep getting close but can't make it over. 2:40 tonight. |

New user 1351 Austin, Texas | Subject: RE: Plank A Day Challenge 2016 I know right? 5+ hours!? I'm lucky if i can get 2 minutes! 1:30 low plank followed by 1:00, with not one but 2 of our cats deciding that right underneath me is the ideal hang out spot. I swear planking is like ringing the dinner bell for those little buggers. |

I am heading out for a 2 week vacation. I WILL be planking while gone. It is the least I can do....... literally |

Because I don't feel like even thinking about plankin' for the rest of today... Good job everyone I'm glad to see this thread reached to 3 pages now |

New user 1351 Austin, Texas | Subject: RE: Plank A Day Challenge 2016 Didn't have my watch handy tonight so I just did it til it burned. I switched from regular low plank to side planks and back a few times, and I was surprised at how much longer I was able to last. I guess it really works enough other muscles switching to the side. I'll have to make sure I have a watch handy next time. |

No more kids' show. Today I did my morning plank of one minute AND came to the core class Once I felt how core strength helps me with swimming, I feel more motivated to do those awful planks. |

319 Sarasota, Florida | Subject: RE: Plank A Day Challenge 2016 For an entire year???... ugggghhhh Well you got me since I usually only do abs during weight training and somehow slipped by 3 weeks without. I will plank at least a minute a day for the remainder of 2016. I also took up rock climbing lately and since I'm already down there will try to follow up with a set of finger tip push ups to strengthen my flimsy forearms. Thanks for this challenge! |

Rock climbing in Florida That is a great way to keep fit. My whole family loves it. I would too, if I didn't have to get off the ground. Heights and I are not friends. Where do you live in Sarasota? I did not keep up with this while I was on vacation. I am feeling a little squishy in the middle. Time to double up and catch up. |

1731 Denver, Colorado | Subject: RE: Plank A Day Challenge 2016 Awesome job guys I decided I need to "sweet-up" my challenge a little bit. Because I am not doing any planks at all :/ Except those at yoga or core class... So..... If I do 30 planks in 30 days, I will reward myself with something from my Amazon wishlist. Also, I will buy myself 4 Polish donuts ("paczki") once I complete 30/30. No exceptions. Let's see how it goes |
