Good morning BT!

4:30am:  :50 minutes on the KK--mimicked some 'hill repeats' from a Sufferfest video, good stuff!

5:30am:  :40 minute plyo strength stuff.  By the way...this site is amazing:  http://darebee.com/   This is where I get all my plyo/core routines--there is so much stuff!  Feb 1 I started the 30 day strength program.  I get bored easily and these programs keeps things interesting!

Have a great day!  Oh! Yay for no shadow!  Bring on the heat!

Thanks for the link…I need some new ideas for my strength stuff. My trainer at PT keeps me working, but stuff on my own gets stale pretty quick!

8:30am - Arc Trainer 65 min - good solid high aerobic intervals
45 min Strength and PT work

I'm not ready for the heat yet but looks like AZ will only have a few more days of coolness before it heats up again. Enjoying every minute!

That darebee link looks interesting. Thanks!

I had an hour in the pool with masters this morning and a half hour treadmill run at lunchtime.

I think the groundhog here died of heatstroke--too fat and too much fur!

AM 1:15 trainer ride with some high-resistance reps
PM 35 minute run around our school fields with some strides, avoiding javelin and discus throwers and soccer goal kicks

10 days off for Tet now! Yeah! Too lazy to travel anywhere (all of Asia is crazy this time of year anyway), just going to be a "pro athlete"--train, eat, and sleep (maybe get some schoolwork done too....maybe)

Another 45 min run with intervals.

I had 7 corp execs in to review how the hospital looked. I survived and had some energy to burn off. 18 days to opening. I might be their first psych patient at this pace.

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
