Subject: 2.5.16 Fabulous Friday!

Good morning BT!

4:30am:  30 minute easy peasy run

5:00am:  :40 minutes strength-chest/tri/core.  Then spent some time on the foam roller--my legs are still sore from Tuesday's leg workout.  

Susan, isn't that site great?  Every time I go back I find something new and useful.  Oh yeah, I ordered three more Sufferfest videos. I swear when I clicked 'purchase' I heard a deep, dark "muaahhhhhaaaahhhhaaaaa" all the way from Sufferlandia!

HR--I'll sponsor your current pro lifestyle!  I'll send dark chocolate!

AM 3200m of a REALLY hard swim workout. Not allowed to post details on social media (doesn't that sound pro-like? ) so we'll just say that it was really hard. I was so tired I used fins for the cooldown, and took an afternoon nap.

PM: 15 minutes of core, being hazardous to humans and animals with a "stability" ball (Whoever called it that has never seen me attempt to do a core routine from a video.)

The pro lifestyle continues to be awesome. Aside from training, I ate leisurely meals (one of which I actually cooked), read (one was a book to read with my kiddos, though), took a nap, and did some grocery shopping. Pretty strenuous. Thankfully my teaching partner and mom have sponsored me in the chocolate department for the past month owing to a chocolate sale and very generous Christmas gifts. I probably am good for the duration of Tet. (But will consider all sponsorship offers, especially from Ritter Sport or Ghirardeli).

Off to bed soon.

Kim-LMK which SF videos you do…will probably do a version of one tomorrow :-)!
HR-your time sounds wonderful! Enjoy it!

6:15am - 45 min core class - used some moves from Kim's handy dandy website!
7am - 55 min spin
both of these were sub classes that I do from time to time.

9:30- 45 min regular spin class - legs were toast so took it real easy!

I would say I'm excited for the weekend, but we just installed all new windows in my house. So now I have to spend the next couple days cleaning up after all the construction mess - YUCK! Cleaning is good exercise at least :-)! Have a great Friday!

I joined a pre-work group and did a half hour of cario youtube which was interesting. Autumn somebody.

Went for a 10 k run after work. Still not too cold here but the snow makes it hard to run.

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
