Subject: Training Peaks Oly plan?
I've done my google search and read through some archives here.. and went ahead and set an account up on TP (the free one), and purchased one of Hal Higden's intermediate 13.1 programs (I am somewhere between newb and intermediate).. I want to purchase an oly program, but with so many and not seeing much talk online, I don't want to take a wild guess.

Any recommendations on an intermediate oly program or coaches I should be looking at? Everyone is different, which have you used?

I've primarily used the Training Plans on this site, aside from the season I used a coach.  There are a LOT of options, especially at the Oly distance.

Why pay for it when you can find similar programs online for free? Just because you pay format doesn't means it's better. You may be faster because your pockets are lighter.

You know, you are right. I am just wanting to have the plan in TP calender, all in one place. I don't think it allows me to manually drop in a plan I might find online.

Probably not but that makes sense. I'd imagine having every workout dropped into a calendar would make things much easier. I'd pay for convienance over a plan any day.

You can plan ahead in TP if you have a coach or if you have a premium subscription. Premium is $19/mo, so for 12 weeks it would be $57 to be able to be flexible and plan it the whole way. If you find an Oly plan for $57 then your break even. TP plans often throw in extras like communication with the coach if needed and most free plans online are super basic or incomplete.

BT has a training log here and plans you could use
