Subject: tri top with sleeves
Looking for recommendations on a good tri top with sleeves. I need the additional sun protection on my arms and shoulders. What have you used in the past?

From a quick web search, the only ones I found are from De Soto (it looks more like a biking jersey, which admittedly is pretty similar anyway), 2XU (looks like it might be a good choice) and Louis Garneau (not sure about the looks of it, but otherwise, it seems ok). Has anybody raced in one of these trip tops before? Any reviews? Other suggestions?

The Louis Garneau M2 - http://amzn.to/25xJwzU- is an absolute joy to wear. I wore the XS myself in 4 races this year. It tests super fast in the wind tunnel, has ColdBlack so it doesn't feel hot, and has a full zipper making getting into much easier if you choose to race with it down in the swim and pull up on the run to transition.

My foot is now in a tremendous amount of pain, it is swollen, and I can barely walk on it at all, it hurts so much. I am still putting the gel on, taking anti inflammatories, and icing. Help!

I sometimes have severe pains on the top of my left foot. It feels like a knife is stabbing my inner foot on the outer portion of my foot. These pains happen mainly at night but not while riding.

Yesterday I ran 10 miles. At mile 7 it started feeling sore. At mile 9.5 I got a shooting pain and walked the last 1/2 mile. I have a half Ironman to do in a week and a half. What are my chances?
