Subject: Eagle Creek Sprint 1
Who else is racing the 1st (of 3) sprints at Eagle Creek park Saturday? This will be my first tri, but I got a chance to ride the bike portion the other day, lots of up on the 5 miles out means lots of downs on the way back(or so it seemed!).

It went really well, I finished in 1:14. i had a really good time with the race, and did a race report afterwards. On to training for the Tri Indy Oly on July 31st.
