Ha, ha! I'm sure you'll be fine Russ. Make sure to take an ice bath after Kiawah- they really help! And getting a post race massage REALLY helps too! |

I am in for the half. it is my first, and I am only doing it so I can be sure I will be able to do a half IM. but since misery loves company, I have recruited about 10 people from work to take part in some part of the weekend. |
