Subject: Frankenmuth "The Experience Triathlon" July 30th: Anyone else competing?
This will be my 3rd year doing this tri...but first year competing in the Olympic distance.

Anyone else going? Any hints on the longer distance? Is it pretty much flat for the bike as it is for the sprint? I think the run is just the 5k loop anyways...

This will be my 2nd year doing the Olympic. The run is a double loop, and the ride is fairly flat, from what I remember. The roads are in decent shape, but not amazing. A fair amount of chip seal, but there is a stretch that was new last year, so that should be in good condition. There is decent shade on the bike, but barely any on the run. Hope this is helpful.
