Good morning, BT!

Who all is racing this weekend? I'm racing on Sunday - will be my first in over a year due to a wreck. Really looking forward to getting back on the horse.

6:13 - easy 900 yard swim

Good luck to all who are racing, and have a great weekend.

Doing IM Calgary 70.3 on Sunday. Supposed to do a 1900m swim today but not sure I will find a place to do it. It sounds like the lake where the swim is being held is private and may not be open for swimmers until tomorrow.

Hey Peeps! Been busy having a blast in Park City! Yesterday I got up early for a second day of single track mountain bike riding--at 8,000 feet I was alternately exhilarated and terrified! What a blast! Hubby went Wednesday but that was enough for him! Then spent a couple of hours on a SUP, followed by a 45 minute OWS, and finally some hiking! Talk about an active vacation! Heading home today. Good luck racers!!!

A private lake? Who has a private lake?

wow, good luck to all racing this weekend!

Kim, your vacations sound like mine - super active and exhausting at the same time :-)!

6:15am - core/flexibility class
7am - 50 min spin

This concludes my 8th class taught this week. I've taught many classes in a week before, but this week seemed to be pretty tiring. Glad I'm back to my regular schedule next week!

Sat through a CPR/AED recertification class today - good for another 2 years! Seriously, if you aren't certified, it's a great thing to do because you never know when you can use it!

I'm back. Been sick for a week and was out in Vegas for a conference the week before that. Feels good to be back training even if its light for a few days. Half way through the antibiotics.

1hr super easy ride ride this morning.

Good luck with races everyone!

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
