Good morning! Fast and furious :40 min hill repeat workout followed up with some upper body stuff & core. Already on our way to Salt Lake for a softball tournament--love it! Have a great day!

45 mins in the pool. No bike yet today, but will hopefully be soon. Waiting for people always jacks my schedule.

TGIF!

5:30am - 50 min Wattbike spin - at 9,500 ft altitude. I teach at an altitude training facility where they can simulate any elevation in the room where the bikes are. Yeah it's tough, but fun!

7am - 3 mile run

10am - 2000yd swim. I had nothing left and couldn't do one more lap. Had to convince myself to keep going after about 800.

Going to see my kids in their summer camp performance of "Cinderella" soon…my older son got the part of Prince Charming - omg I can't believe he gets up, sings 2 solos and dances. I would have NEVER done that at his age. So proud of both of them! Summer is almost over and I'm mixed about it.

Have fun in salt lake!

Ran 3.5 miles tonight, with about 30 minutes of swimming in the middle of that, including 1 flip off the diving board!
