Subject: 9.30.16 Fantastic Friday!

Good morning BT!

4:30am:  :50 minutes on the trainer

5:30am:  :40 minutes lower body/core

Great meet yesterday! My top 5 runners all ran under 20:00 with my #1 guy finally breaking 18 and running a 17:56--his goal for the season and we still have 4 weeks until Divisionals.  We were running in Idaho with many big schools--his great time still only put him 17th overall Varsity! Fast kids in Idaho! Everyone ran either a personal best or a course best.

Busy weekend ahead with high school sports to support and a trip to Salt Lake in the works.

Good night BT! I think my workouts were a "lite" version of yours today:

AM 45 minute trainer ride with some 4-minute intervals
PM: 22 minutes of strength stuff (it's just how long it took--not aiming for 22 minutes!) Had to switch routines to something easier as I am STILL sore from Wednesday. I think I have become a 115 pound weakling again!

Easy 18 mile lunch ride, averaged 17mph with top speed of 24mph, breezy headwinds, very minor elevation, averaged 136bpm.
