Subject: Prognosis for Broken 3rd Metacarpal
Fell on my hand and broke this bone in my hand. Anyone out there had something like this and how did it work out?

They typically heal without consequence takes about 6-8 weeks.  Get thee to an orthopedist

It sounds like your ankle has seen plenty of mileage and, by the description of your surgeon’s plan, that you have damage to the articular cartilage that caps your talus bone.
