 1 |  Subject: Good Morning!My name is Ryan, I am 38 and living in central Missouri near Ft Leonard Wood and I over train, A lot. I just started triathlons this year after hitting 260 pounds this last January. I managed to get two under my belt before the season ended, it should have been three but I blew my knee a week out. |
