Good morning BT!

4:30am:  1:15 on the trainer--5X5:00 big gear intervals...love the burn baybeeee!

5:45am:  Core work with a plank chanllenge

My kids bootcamp last night was great--I am going to have some sore students today!  Muuaaahhhaaaahaaa!  Even the one kid who is the fittest of the bunch was struggling to get through some of moves.  I think I've earned some street cred, lol!

Have a great day!

Today is another evening workout, straight running on the treadmill. Flat and steady. Fiancee will be joining me to walk so I will just go until she's done, shooting for 30-35 minutes would be my guess.

Ha, nice - I imagine that felt like when I mess with my son. All in good fun, at least for me.

5:50 - very easy 20' run

11:45 - 1700 yard swim. Was supposed to be 1900, with 4 x 200 at tempo. When I hit lap at the end of the third, it said I was into my fourth. WTF?! I think I'm going to have to switch back to my simple little Timex for swims.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Haven't posted on one of these in ages, in full training mode (hired a coach even) after a year of basically not training.

Knocked out 2550m in the pool at lunch.

Need to do 25 minutes of core later.

Our workouts must be synched again! Maybe we have the same coach??

75 minutes of big gear intervals on the trainer. Supposed to be a brick run after but we got a dumping of snow and there is NO WAY. I'm supposed to leave for Saigon tomorrow--no idea whether my flight will leave or how I'm going to get to the airport!
