Subject: 1.6.17 Friday Fun!

Good morning! How the heck are ya!

4:45am:  30 minute recovery run...felt so nice just to do a nice, easy run.

5:15am:  :45 minutes 5X5 strength + core

High school basketball games all afternoon from 3pm on into the evening, more basketball all day tomorrow. My older daughter is a starter and as many of you know, this is her senior year so I won't miss a second of her games!

Karen...everything you listed about the cold I feel the same.  I absolutely hate coming in sweaty after a cold weather run--I freeze the rest of the day and can never warm up.  Speaking of cold...it's 2 degrees this morning...suuuuuuper rare for us to be this cold!!!

Chilly here (for here) - about 25.

6:20 - 2300 yard swim, with two tempo ladder sets. Fun times.

Wife and kids are gone for the weekend - going to be pretty quiet. Have a great day and weekend!

Wet but mild in Glasgow for my 0500 run.

4 miles, steady pace. Trying to increase cadence. Ignored the HRM.

Always a good way to start the day.

Cold but good, it's 3 degrees outside and I haven't had heat in my office in a week!

0600 swam 3150m with some kick and pull sets mixed in.

32F here in Atlanta, school is out now, preps have begun with 1-3" of snow. That means everything is shut down in the south, even the gym.

6:00am pool workout (1800 yards)
45 minute run scheduled for PM
