Good morning BT!

4:45am:  :30 minute zone 2 run with strides in the middle

5:15am:  :45 minutes 5X5 squats, deadlifts, bench + core

So yesterday we ended up with a snow day!  2nd one in the 20+ years I've lived here!  Kind of nice to have an unexpected day off!

Karen...that training camp sounds awesome--take notes to share with us!

Have a great day!

Good morning, I actually woke up ready to go at 6am, that hardly ever happens!

Awesome morning out, 54F and light breeze, took the dog fro a nice long walk as the sun was rising.  Got back and did a strength WO.  Had to get into work today so hope to run later tonight.

Kind of strenuous day yesterday-

5 AM: One hour trainer with VO2 max intervals. Those are evil!
4:30 PM: 3200m of swimming, thank goodness most pull sets as legs were shot

Plus picking up the White Terror in his box. Turns out the derailleur was broken and if I hadn't had it fixed, would have been stuck with only one ring (not sure which one it was, but that sounds bad) for the camp. Had to have it replaced. Not much point in a triple cassette if you are stuck in one ring!

Afternoon 50 minute run with 30"X10 strides in middle of run. Finished off with 15 minutes Z1.

Have a great day!
