Good morning BT!

4:15am:  :47 min run with 27 minutes of speed repeats

5:15am:  :55 min on the bike trainer, interval pyramid but staying mid to high Zone 2

Later:  last day of kids bootcamp!  This was just a 6 week session.  I might offer a longer session this summer.  Spring means softball and life is about to get very busy for us (hubby is the hs team's coach and our daughter is the pitcher).

Dennis...was wondering how your race went!

Lundy...you sounded really sick...ugh! Hope you're feeling better!

Have a great day!

Hi kids. 3 mile run for me tonight. Can't wait until the clocks switch back so I can actually run in some daylight!
