Subject: tailbone pain
A few years back, my wife broke her tail bone. She enjoys spin class as long as they spend more time standing during the ride. She has a road bike, but complains of tailbone pain when riding on the trainer or outside.

She has no interest in long rides or triathlon, but just occasional family rides and general fitness.

Has anyone else who had a broken tailbone in the past found a good bike saddle that reduces pressure on the tailbone?

My foot is now in a tremendous amount of pain, it is swollen, and I can barely walk on it at all, it hurts so much. I am still putting the gel on, taking anti inflammatories, and icing. Help!
