Good morning BT!

4:45am:  :35 min run: 10 min WU/20 minutes worth of speed drills/5 min zone 2 run

5:15am:  :45 minutes worth of some good foam rolling and stretching...aaaaah!

Later:  *Might* head to Blue Lake to swim--depending on how cold & windy it is. Hit by another winter storm darn it!

Robert...have you ever been to southern Utah?  I love St. George/Cedar City area so much--we will probably retire there.

Jealous of the Hawaii trip...sounded amazing!

Have a great day!

Hey there. Terrible brick workout for me today. 27' on the spin bike, 10' treadmill, with about 10' core work. I feel like I'm getting weaker on the bike rather than stronger. Very difficult to make it through the sets. Sad panda.

Have a great Fat Tuesday!

Quick morning workout, going to try and get at least a quick workout everyday now.

Sit ups, jumping jacks, planks, pushups, and swim stroke tubing drills.

Kim, have been through St George a few times on the bus and train, every time I say to myself how beautiful it is. I could totally live there. Its the main reason I chose St George and I am so stoked this is going to be my first Ironman event and my first 70.3.

I went to bed super-early last night--before 8. First morning in ages I've gotten up early to train (48 minute easy run @ about 5:30 AM), plus we had an event for about three hours after school. Just trashed. And needed to get up at 4:30 AM today (Wednesday). Feeling much healthier, but I am SO out of the early-morning habit now!
