Subject: 3.15.17 What's Up Wedesday!

Hey BT!  Good morning!

4:30am:  1:30 on the trainer--20 minute intervals--love those extended grinds for some reason! I'm weird like that.

6:00am:  :30 minute 5x5 strength 

Off from work today and heading in to SLC for a quick shopping day with my senior daughter to start looking for prom dresses--it's that time of year!  This time next year she'll be in the thick of her college softball season in Missouri so I need to get my mom/daughter days in when I can!

Karen...cute kitties!  I love cats!

Good morning

Up at 3:30 AM to stretch and get ready for run. I had an injury that requires about 30 minutes of stretching now before I run.

Out the door at 4:15 AM.

Did 6 mile run and picked up the speed a little bit. My pace has been at 9:00/mile since recovering from my injury. Today is the first day I push the speed a little more and no side effects. Did weight training and Abs after run in the local Y.

We are taking my daughter this weekend to shop for Prom dresses (she is a junior so this is her first prom). She is the last one in the nest so I will enjoy every second.

5:40 - easy 20' shake out run

11:30 - 3,000 yard swim, with 8 x 100 of tempo and faster intervals. Fun stuff.

6 mile run this morning. pushing hard on 50/50's. speed increase was really solid. Time for some stretching and maybe a massage.

5:00 am 44 min zone 2 bike with some stretching after
8:00 pm masters swim group - 1100m, lots of drills, working on technique, etc.
