Subject: 3.21.17 Tuesday Training

Good morning BT!

4:30am: :45 minute easy peasy run to shake out the legs

5:15am:  :30 minutes upper body 5X5 strength.  Cut things short today as I'm off to SLC for a doc's appt & Costco run. Ok, I'll probably hit Target too!

Good night! Had to reverse my usual "double" schedule due to league soccer tournament at school (so couldn't run around fields after work; running anywhere else at that time is really difficult here due to traffic!)

5:30 AM: 42 minute easy run (OMG we are syncing again!)
5:30 PM- Hour-ish trainer ride, mostly high Z2-low Z3 with sets at different cadences (not quite the same as yours yesterday but maybe similar)

Have to make like a high school student and get up early to swim again tomorrow, so calling it a day soon.

Good morning all!

3200 yard pool ladder workout this morning.

Have an hour trainer ride for this afternoon before flying out to Spokane this evening for work for a couple of days.

Hope you get your Target fix in Kim. We lived in rural Maryland for a while (Deep Creek Lake) and while the scenery was wonderful there was only a Wal-mart in town. Had to drive almost 90 minutes to get to any real shopping so understand the excitement.

Good Morning!

Challenging 30mile bike ride with swirling wind conditions. Felt like 50 mile ride after I finished.

watching the clock for race coming up. week and a half...tic toc tic toc!
