Elite  4583   |  Subject: 3.22.17 What's Up Wednesday!Good morning BT! 4:15am: 1:25 on the trainer--main set 3X20 minutes moving from Z2-Z3 5:45am: :15 minutes of core Parent/teacher conferences today so the kids are out early today and tomorrow--short classes make the day go so fast! Buuuut...the waiting to see if any parents show up make for a long afternoon. The parents we need to see rarely come. Rich...the best we have in my town is a Smith's grocery store and a Family Dollar! I am 90 minutes from anything! Dennis...what race is coming up? Have a great day--1/2 way to Friday! |

I'm not sure there was any value to it, but our son probably doesn't fall in the camp that you're talking about. The rest/easy week continues! 5:45 easy 20 minute run. Although, it's been hot here, the temperature was nice and cool this morning. It felt great. 12:15 - 1,500 yard easy swim Have a great day! |
