Good morning, BT!

I can't believe it's the last Sunday of March. Time is flying. Kim, congrats to your daughter on her perfect game. Not that surprising that she'll be playing ball at the next level. While she was tearing it up on the mound, my 4 year old played his first t-ball game. That was a total clown show, but very entertaining.

6:00 - 45' run at moderate pace. Temperature was perfect, about 50, with a cool breeze. The run felt great.

6:55 - 15' core work.

Have a great day and great week!

Good morning! Thanks Steve...it's so amazing to watch her succeed!  Blows me away!

Sunday funday for sure...heading out for a two hour trail run in a bit--I'm only taking one of my three dogs along.  Sadly Lola, my trusted running buddy of many years, just can't handle the distance anymore so I'll just take Harley--she's a year old Australian cattle dog and and is turning out to be a fabulous running buddy.I feel so guilty leaving Lola home!

Later this afternoon I'll head out for an OWS at Blue Lake.  I figure I'll try to go later--last weekend the lake with so busy with scuba diving groups, fishermen, and snorkeling spearfishers...I was like 'don't you people know this is MY lake!' Lol!

Have a great day...spring break for me this week...yahoo!

Finished out the weekend on a high note with 45 minutes of drills in the pool and a 2 hour Z2 ride outside.

Have a great finish to the weekend all!

I see I am not the only one hitting the trails today. 2hrs out on the Pacific Crest Trail, 5 up, 5 down. 10 miles, 1,900' climb.

Feeling good!

Yep, now that I have to do most of my swimming with the high school club at 6 AM, I always feel like, "Hey, what are all these KIDS doing in MY pool?!" (Although to be fair, there aren't that many in the morning, so far I've had my own lane, and some days there are even a few other master's swimmers actually swimming with the kids and doing their workout.)

Sunday--1:45 trainer ride with a bunch of big-gear intervals in Z2-4; 15 minute brick run.

Spring break next week....Not much of a break this year as need to find a new place to live, for starters.

made it out for a 6 mile run, and took the rest of the day to chores around the house.
