Nasty start to it--I had to fast for blood work as part of work permit physical and didn't get to eat until almost 11 AM. Ugh. No breakfast plus no coffee plus all those checkups equals cranky Karen with headache. Still felt yuck after eating and did not get my bones onto the trainer until almost 3 PM!
Then something similar to you--1:10 in my case with 3 X 9 minute intervals (with 2 minute recovery; but there was no Z2 involved--it started at high Z3 and just got worse from there ). I kept wondering if my body was missing those four tubes of blood they took, or my nutrition was just all messed up--really did think I was going to puke on the last few minutes of each!
Plus a 10-minute brick run, which actually felt pretty good, at least by comparison to above.
Hoping the one decent apartment I looked at is still available--I've negotiated to move out of my present one earlier with no extra cost if it is. Cost aside, it has three compelling points in its favor--1. The landlord has converted half of the (very big ) living room into a studio with AC and wood floors. Just asking to be a pain cave/exercise room/sports equipment and bike storage/cat tree location (so we can all exercise, but not out in the "living room" ). It also makes the living room a lot cozier. 2. It is located exactly five floors above the coffee shop where I often stop on my way to school. 3. It is about five minutes closer to work than I am now. That's an extra five minutes of sleep! There's also a pool in the building--very basic but it looks marginally big enough to do a workout in if needed--even has three lanes! Edited by Hot Runner 2017-04-05 8:05 AM
