Expert 1074 Tyrone, Georgia | Subject: RE: 4.27.17 Thursday Training! Good Thursday all! Just back from my whirlwind trip, training suffered but not much I can do. This morning got in 2200 yards in the pool, 1 hour on the trainer, and 30 minute run with 6X1' 10K pickups. Travel this afternoon to NC for mother in law birthday as well as Olympic distance on Saturday. Have a great day! |

Master 8247 Eugene, Oregon Bronze member | Subject: RE: 4.27.17 Thursday Training! I feel your pain....I had five hours of meetings at school on Wednesday! It is my least favorite part of teaching and why I would never think of being an administrator--even more meetings! 5 AM: 1:20 trainer ride with a bunch of long, big-gear pickups in Z3. Now in the final stages of moving chaos (movers come tomorrow). Just hope new place is quiet enough! Off to run (early AM here now). |
