Solid first effort. Had to dial back my pace a little after jumping down the steps in the first two laps. IT bands started to get a little tight from the steps.
What would you do differently?:

No changes. Comfortable and controlled pace

Fun bike course.
1st and 4th lap were pure bliss and uncrowded. 2nd and 3rd laps were heavier traffic while lapping the competition.
What would you do differently?:

Learn to corner better.

I don't think I could have changed shoes and tossed my helmet and gloves any faster.

No real warm down.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

No complaints, no real limiters today.
The technical turns on the bike definitely slowed me down, but no complaints on today's performance.

Event comments:

This is my first race with Amsterdamse Triathlons. They seem to be a great race company, know what they're doing, and put on a quality product for the athletes!
