Took the lead about 0.20 after a relay went out hard, along with eventual 3rd place.
What would you do differently?:

Not much. I was working PRETTY hard.

It got hot, and that first 1/2 mile split was depressing. Don't know if I could have eeked out a run 3 sec faster to tie a course record - I gave up a bit after my first 3 1/2 mile splits told me I was out of it. I ran scared from the guy behind me, which led to a fast final 1/2 mile split, but didn't think I could do that!
What would you do differently?:

Keep it REALLY strong into the park! Again, don't know if I could make up those 3 seconds.

Walked a bit, no running. Stretched a bit, and got a massage.
