Good morning and happy Monday BT!

6:45am:  5X5 strong lift

Heading out for a hike with dog squad and then I have a 60 minute session on the bike trainer with 10 X 2:00 intervals.  After that the drudgery of organizing bags and bags of clothes for our upcoming garage sale.

Just a four mile run this morning. My knee was bothering me so I have to dial it back when needed. I may have pushed it too much on the bike rides Saturday and Sunday.

I did almost trip over a live rabbit. The dang thing decided to run in front of me right when I got next to it. Crazy rabbit. The problems of running at 4:00 AM.

0600 morning swim: 5x200m - just still working on building my base back up. Endurance keeps coming back, little by little, which is very encouraging.

Hey there, BT.

11:45 - 1,800 yards of swimming. Mix of speed and drills, flip turn practice.

I'm supposed to ride for 45'-1 hour this evening, but my wife has a work dinner. So, it will depend on when she gets back and my motivation to get out.

Update - just signed up for my first triathlon in 8 years!!!! I'm super stoked and am so eager to get back to racing! It's a local sprint-distance in Warrensburg, MO (300/12/5k), but after being off for so long, it's a sight for sore eyes!

Fairly easy day for me after four days of Workouts from Hell. Just 3000m of swimming mid-day. I feel your pain on the bags. Doing the same here with Battle of the Boxes, trying to get my parents packed for their move and myself organized to head back to Saigon next week.
