Hey BT!

7:00am:  5X5 strong lift with the fam bam

Heading out for the dog squad hike

Later:  Bike trainer with main set 6X4:00 intervals moving from Z3-4

So...the tattoos are awesome but WOW did that hurt--the birds right on top were the worst.  I had heard the foot ins a painful place for one and yup, it was! But, that's the addicting thing about tattoos--it's a satisfying pain, kind of hard to explain!

Jamie, that sounds like an epic snot rocket..I am duly impressed.  When we go for a trail run in Sept, maybe leave those chomps at home

Robert...go for that IM!  I am so glad I did one but I think I am a one and done. It's an amazing journey for sure!

Elton...after my IM I got a triathlon tattoo but not an M dot--couldn't really get past the idea of tattooing a brand--I love checking them out on other people but just didn't want one.

Trine...awesome the whole family is into tris!

Karen you are a busy woman, lol!  I'll probably start working in my room at the beginning of August as well.

Have a great day peeps!

Six miles at race pace. The humidity was killing me after mile four.

Had weight and core training afterwards.

Tattoo looks great Kim.

Still laughing about the flavored snot rocket by Jamie.

Have a great day BT!

Love the tattoos! I'm one and done - didn't love the pain

Managed to swim 85% freestyle last night! There were lots of breaks, but I stuck with it. And I felt a tiny bit more comfortable. Anyway, a huge accomplishment for me The girls loved their own little training plan and shared a lane - so proud. The husband banged out 2400 yards.

Got up at 7 this morning and ran for 25 minutes (following the new plan and am enjoying the shorter run times). It was hot!! Got a cramp towards the end, but otherwise felt great. Getting into better shape sure is a nice thing.

Very cool tattoo idea, Kim.

Jamie - reading about the nasal-travel of the chew made me smile, and wince.

I have a 90+ minute ride today. Yesterday was a short 60 min ride and a 1700 swim.

Hey there.

Another afternoon workout for me- this time, a brick.

5:50 - brick bike; 40', with 30' at goal pace

6:30 - brick run; 1 mile at goal, 400 easy, 1 mile at goal

It was 97*. Not very enjoyable. Have a great day, BT.
