Hey BT, how are ya!

5:45am:  :30 minute run

6:15am:  plyo/strength stuff

8am:  CC practice!  So good to be back with my boys again--even though the drive me bananas!  

Good luck to our racers today!!!!  Can't wait to hear how it goes!

Good afternoon! Finally have a chance to relax after my race. I'm fairly pleased with my effort and performance. It was quite a humbling experience to be surrounded by so many good athletes. This evening I'll enjoy a night out in Omaha, then it's back on the road tomorrow. Have a good one, BT!

Been awhile since I posted in the daily workouts. Went through a major move and lots of other life changes and stresses. Been struggling to get back into the game.

Today was a 5.6 mile run. Got in some good paces and a pier sprint. 

Got some good stuff planned for tomorrow. involves 2 wheeled travels and salty water workouts

(just got attacked by a huge brownie, had to eat the damn thing before it attacked me. lol)

Hey all, long time no post.  Working through an injury that's had me laying low for several weeks and trying to get some short runs going again.  Went out for 3 miles last night and about 3.5 this morning.

Had a really good race yesterday!! I'm waiting on the official results via email before I finish my race report. I can say I finished in 1:34, which I'm quite pleased with based on how super hilly the run was.

Super Saturday indeed I ran a 5k fartleck this morning before work. Then when I came him I rocked out a 16 mile TT at a pace of 23 mph. Super soaked. 2 weeks til my big race I feel good. I'm only do fast work now and it's so much faster than I started.
