When you upgrade to bronze you can upload a plan and it will appear in calendar format. Is it a separate calendar from where you log in your workouts or is it somehow integrated?

It's been a while, but the calendar had two views, planned and actual.

It's in your Planned Training, and then there is a Calendar View also that lays it out in a calendar grid instead of the list that you see in Planned Training.

In your training log, you'll be able to see a comparison on the time you are supposed to put in, versus what you already have put in.

Also, next to each workout in your training plan is a button called "Copy to Actual." If you click this, your workout will be input into your training log so you don't have to enter it there.

You can also sync the planned training with your personal calendar in Outlook or Google.
