Elite  4583   |  Subject: 9.15.17 Happy Friday!Good morning BT! Got home from my CC meet late last night so slept in a bit. Got up and walked for 20 minutes, did some body weight exercise just to wake up and get going. Planning to take the dog squad out for a run after school--the temps today will be in the low 70s...aaaaaahhh! Have a great day! Curtis...what day is your race?

Jet lag has me waking up before 5 AM anyway (this is how I get into the early-rising routine--I just never allow myself to "transition" to when I would otherwise wake up around 6), and I have pool access Friday morning, so headed over at 6 to swim. 2000m of pretty leisurely recovery stuff. We are supposed to be getting heavy rain and winds as the result of the tail end of a tropical storm (after a huge storm Wednesday night--a big tree in front of my building got felled by lightning) but so far weather seems calm, if muggy. |

Extreme Veteran 959 Greenwood, South Carolina | Subject: RE: 9.15.17 Happy Friday! Race season is over so did a moderate five mile run instead of speed interval workouts. Loving the cooler weather. Weight and core training after the run. |
