Master 5557    , California |  Subject: bike skills practice (also special guest for LB)...I thought I'd link some video of my friend's trail we've hacked up in some of his property... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3rD28lMYTw That was last year - it's more extensive now. Anyhow, this is a much better way to improve your bike handling than triathlon!

Those dogs do tremendous work and earn a good life after they're done. Thanks! 2. You hit the nail on the head for handling skills. When the kid was racing Jr Elite he put down some of the biggest power files of anyone on the circuit....and got crushed on the draft legal race....even though nobody could ride with him in a non-draft race. His cycling coach put him on a mountain bike over a winter....nothing else, just 3 different trails each week. By the next race season the problem was solved. |
