Subject: Question on the 20-week spring - 2x balanced
Im confused on the actual workouts and what they mean. On week 1 on a Monday it says "12-swim and 24-bike" What do those numbers mean?? Yards, minutes?

Those are minutes. Sorry it's not clear. If you scroll down, there is more explanation and coaching, but I can see that it doesn't clearly state that the plan is in minutes. If you look at the totals, it's a little more clear because you'll see it says 2 hours 8 minutes.
Please read the notes below the graphs to keep from getting injured, and also consider upgrading to Silver to have access to plans that contain detailed workout notes for each day, such as warmup and cooldown time, specific goals or intervals for each workout, etc.

I'll see if I can edit that page to make it more clear.

Same answer - it's in minutes. So, whatever speed you can go, train for the given number of minutes.
