Subject: RE: 1.12.18 Fantastic Friday! Yesterday I did an 8 mile run and it was 59 deg F. This morning I did a 12 mile run and it was 18 deg F. Yesterday I had just a tee shirt on. Today I may have over done it but I had three long sleeved thermal shirts on, and double layers on my legs, hands, and head. Despite the sharp decline in temperature the run this morning went well. It did the following latter. 1) 5' @ 122 BPM HR 2) 36' @ 138 BPM HR 3) 5 X 15" Stride Interval w/ 45" Recover Interval 4) 36' @ 144 BPM HR 5) 5' @ 113 BPM HR The last mile of the second 36' interval was the fastest.
