Subject: 1.16.18 Tuesday Training!

Good morning BT!  1/2 way through January...hard to believe!

4:45am:  :40 minute run with Z3 intervals, felt great

5:30am:  Upper body strength + stretching.  Right hip was very tight this weekend, need to get some flexibility going in both hips.  With all the uphill hiking/running I've been doing I've noticed a lot more tightness than usual.

75' on the trainer doing threshold workouts.  Hurt.

515am: 35min walk/run intervals, slowly increasing the time of the run intervals.

1 hour on the trainer. 5 x 3:30 at 105% FTP main set. Masters swim tonight.
