Elite  4583   |  Subject: 2.19.18 Monday Morning!Hello BT! Day off for me so got around to my workout a little later than usual! 8:30am: :40 mins high cadence work on the trainer 9:15am: :25 min run followed by strength/core Ended up doing my 2 hour run on the treadmill yesterday--good call as we did get a storm with more wind, rain, snow. Today we are back to a white desert with blustery winds again. Lundy...3.5 hours on the trainer--congrats! I remember those sessions well!!! Going to try to get in to Race to Robie Creek (billed as The Toughest 1/2 Marathon in the Northwest) at 12pm--they only accept 2300 runner and it fills up in 10 minutes...crossing my fingers I get in! | 197 | Subject: RE: 2.19.18 Monday Morning! Well, are you one of the 2300? This evening was swimming with the Masters team I am on. Our coach mixed up the workout a bit; she threw a bit more stroke work in there, and had us using the fins and buoys more than usual. We ended up getting about 2400 yards in an hour workout. Tomorrow is my spin class I hope. The YMCA started a new schedule this week, and I heard the spin class was dropped. The instructor said she'd get it fixed (Especially since this class is usually full or one open bike if not full). If the class is cancelled, I'll run on the track instead. J White |
