Subject: 2.19.18 Monday Morning! Hello BT! Day off for me so got around to my workout a little later than usual! 8:30am: :40 mins high cadence work on the trainer 9:15am: :25 min run followed by strength/core Ended up doing my 2 hour run on the treadmill yesterday--good call as we did get a storm with more wind, rain, snow. Today we are back to a white desert with blustery winds again. Lundy...3.5 hours on the trainer--congrats! I remember those sessions well!!! Going to try to get in to Race to Robie Creek (billed as The Toughest 1/2 Marathon in the Northwest) at 12pm--they only accept 2300 runner and it fills up in 10 minutes...crossing my fingers I get in!
