Subject: Performance bike order tracking
Is this reliable at all? I ordered some stuff Monday and it still says it hasn't shipped. I want my stuff!

I've had nothing but good luck with Performance and Bike Nashbar.  Usually the stuff is shipped the same or the next day and I get it in a week or less.

Neither have I ever had a problem with Performance, but I have heard of people having problems particularly stemming from backordered/out-of-stock items. Seems like the web site will take your orders for these items and will not let you know that they are not in stock. You may want to call customer service and talk to a live person.

All of my orders have shipped the same day or the next day after (depending on what time I place them) and as a TP member I get two-day delivery.

Hope you used the 20%-off coupon as well.

This is an interesting thread because I ordered the USA cycling jersey from Performance a week and a half ago and still no sign of it. Items I have ordered from Trisports.com always arrive in 4 biz days. My guess is the jersey might be a hot item right now.
