Cajun Gumbo, not that Creole crap with the seafood and tomatos in it, but good Cajun gumbo with chicken, sausage and whatever else makes it into the pot cooked slow so it's nice and thick, served over a bowl of rice..

 That and a beer and I'm a happy camper..
