I know there are some doctors that post here, and yes I am going to the doctor on Monday to get it checked out, but can any one give me more information on it.

I tried google and web md, but not much information I can understand.

I was kinda freaked out about it, but after a 15 mile run today, I look at my white running shirt and it was stained at the bottom of the sweat ring pink and red, no doubt it was blood.

It was 78 at the time and pretty humid, and I did not take in any fluids for the last 12 miles.

That was dumb, and I was hurting pretty bad, heart rate was around 170 when I stopped.

I hope this is the cause.

I do try to be like Jesus, but come on........

Interesting. I can almost guarantee you that your doctor will also not know anything about it. He will probably order some basic blood tests to check for muscle tissue breakdown and kidney function, but he/she won't know what to make of the pink sweat ring. That's my bet.

Sure it wasn't your nipples bleeding. Sometimes happens on long runs
with a certain type shirt.

Positive, I have had that many times before.

That was the first thing I checked.

What is weird, is now there is 3 spots on my fore head that are rosey colored, and are getting bigger, and nothing has hit me there today.

I think I would head to an emergency room rather than waiting until Monday. Just my 2 cents.
